The Feast

Beef Brisket

Simple salt & pepper rub smoked until perfectly tender. Sliced for each individual guest.

Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder smoked for 12-14 hours, hand pulled, topped with slaw, and finished with one of our barbecue sauces.

Smoked Salmon

Let slowly cook with lemon and thyme butter. A huge hit at weddings!

Ribs

The jewel in the Boru crown. Pork spare ribs seasoned with our seven spice rub and gently smoked.

The Birds (Chicken/Turkey)

Locally sourced birds brined overnight making the meat tender and juicy. Each guest offered their choice of dark or white meat.

Mushroom Burger (Veggie Option)

Portabella mushrooms with gouda cheese and jalapeño cilantro slaw.
