Beef Brisket

Simple salt & pepper rub smoked until perfectly tender. Sliced for each individual guest.

Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder smoked for 12-14 hours, hand pulled, topped with slaw, and finished with one of our barbecue sauces.

Smoked Salmon

Let slowly cook with lemon and thyme butter. A huge hit at weddings!

Locally sourced birds brined overnight making the meat tender and juicy. Each guest offered their choice of dark or white meat.
